From glossy to sleek to modern to flat... Ah, logos, these fantastic icons that let us recognize various companies and businesses... Logos really are something awesome, so let's take a small moment to gaze upon the amazingness of logos... Nah, I'm kidding! Let's go as fast as we can and explore 5 cool logos (my opinion) and their history and meaning!
1. FedEx
FedEx, once known as Federal Express, has a wide history behind its logo. Look closely, can you spot the small arrow between the "E" and "x"? This arrow symbolizes speed and efficiency.
The orange arrow that kind of looks like a creepy smile is actually an arrow from A to Z on the company's name. Why A and Z? That symbolizes the wide range of products and efficiency of Amazon.
3. Toblerone
Ah, Toblerone, the Swiss chocolate company... Take a good look at the yellow mountain on the logo. Can you spot the bear? It symbolizes the city of Bern in Switzerland, where Toblerone was founded. Bern is often nicknamed "The City of Bears".
4. Beats Audio
Carefully take a sneak peek at the Beats logo. Some see a lowercase "b", while some see a person with headphones. What do you see? Tell me in the comments!
5. Samsung
Everyone knows Samsung, right? No need to introduce it, I guess. 😄 Samsung actually means "three stars" in Korean. That is the company's goal: "Three stars" symbolizes great work and efficiency, and it's the company's time to shine! Past Samsung logos actually had three stars in them!
Logos are awesome and they tell us a lot of interesting things... Are you ready? Maybe the next logo trend will be glossy and 3D, like in the past. Who knows, the logo era is evolving every second!
